Advocate Avinash Singh Founder & Managing Advocate
Avinash Singh founded the firm in 2016 and leads its litigation and advisory practice. He appears before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and its Lucknow Bench, District Courts and Tribunals across the country. His core work lies in commercial litigation, service and employment matters, property and RERA disputes, arbitration, matrimonial law and corporate and regulatory advisory.
He is known among clients for exacting preparation, plain-spoken advice and a steady presence in court. Outside practice he leads the Institute of Policy Research and Studies and mentors the firm’s interns.

The firm works with a group of associates, researchers and panel counsel, each with specialist knowledge in criminal law, arbitration, corporate and commercial law, property law, family law and service law. Matters are staffed according to the expertise required, under the personal supervision of the founder, so that clients receive both depth and continuity.
